Note: Due to our large inventory and multiple warehouse locations, your order may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — there are no extra shipping charges for split shipments.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Standard delivery: 10–18 business days
  • Outside the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories): May take longer
  • Some European countries: Up to 40 business days
    If it has been 30+ days and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us.

When will my order be fulfilled?

  • Payment is processed within 24 hours
  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days

Will I receive email confirmations?

Yes ✅

  • You’ll get an order confirmation email right after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will follow once your order is dispatched
    (Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it)

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • You can cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order
  • After 24 hours, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — but only within the first 24 hours after placing your order.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
